The weight room is located at the LPJ Complex (old Elementary School). It features exercise cable machines, a plate loaded universal machine, dumbbells and free weights, a bench, ellipticals and a treadmill. 

There are no contracts. Just sign up and workout! 

To sign up online, please use the links below. When you have paid, text your receipt to (804) 921-8043 for your monthly or yearly code! You can bring your waiver when you come for your first workout!
